Nurses’ Health Study and Health Professionals Follow-up Study, these two organizations helped with the data which researchers studied. It includes reports of 78000 women and being watched for almost 34 years, from 1980 to 2014. Similarly, it also contains reports of more than 40000 men watched for 28 years for data like their diet pattern, body weight, physical activity, alcohol consumption, etc.
