Then in lunch, a fish or a slice of meat is best. Avoid eating red meat, though. Add cereal and pulses to your lunch along with one vegetable item. After a gap of hours, grab an evening snack.  

Choose between noodles or pasta for an evening snack. Avoid noodles and pasta from the outside outlet. Better make it your home, for it will be healthy. Make your dinner light. Again you can have a fish or meat in your dinner along with a vegetable curry. You can see how well balanced this routine is. In other words, this routine is giving you a balanced diet. This whole menu is healthy. And this habit will genuinely keep you healthy.

Another tremendous healthy habit is to consume 3-5 liters of water every day. It is advisable to drink only purified water, to avoid any waterborne diseases. Drinking water around 3-5 liters a day is a very healthy habit. Our bodies’ hydration level is around 65-70 %. Therefore it is our utmost duty to maintain their hydration level. If one successfully remains hydrated every day, one might notice that how their immune system has increased, it’s stability.

Drinking 1 liter of water after waking up in the morning, keeps you hydrated as well as keeps you full. Eat anything after 1 hour later to drinking water. Maintain this habit for your lifetime to boost your metabolism and have a healthy life.

The fruit is another healthy eating habit. Fruit’s like apple, orange, banana, grapes are very readily available in the market. They are not full of vitamins and minerals but also contribute to the hydration of the body. One must include apple cider vinegar in their eating habit. 

Either take it raw mixed in a glass of warm water or uses it as a dressing on your salad. Apple cider vinegar is very significant for people with oily skin. Consumption of apple cider vinegar daily after waking up helps in immune-boosting along with giving you a radiant complexion.
