To curb the possibilities one must start consuming healthy breakfast, drink lots of water, reduce sugar intake, etc. You must follow a diet which contains protein, fiber, carbs and fewer amounts of calories. Restrict the intake of sugar and avoid the consumption of alcohol. Alcohol reduces the appetite resulting in a rise in the sugar levels. You must have three proper meals with small healthy snack breaks. Concentrate on your fitness and get proper sleep as well.
